RETURN POLICY: In the event that you receive a book damaged while in transit, send us an email at slide@slidethebook.com and send the book back in the original packaging. If you do not have the original box, a comparable box or padded bag will do. We will inspect the package and send out a new book upon receipt of the damaged book. Books may not be returned except for exchange due to receipt of a damaged book. Number 3, Inc reserves the right to inspect all returned damaged merchandise and asses the situation as a genuine circumstance. In the event that your order is damaged a second time we will again ship a replacement book.
